Cancellation Policy

At Camperdown Kinesiology, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the smooth running of the clinic, the following cancellation policy applies.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens and you may need to change your appointment.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This fee covers the time set aside for you and the inability to offer the session to another client at short notice.

3. Missed Appointments / No‑Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is provided, the full session fee will be charged.

4. Arriving Late

If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting the next client. The full session fee applies.

5. Illness or Emergencies

If you are unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion in genuine circumstances.

6. Practitioner Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the next available time. No fees apply.

7. Payment of Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees must be paid before booking your next appointment. Invoices will be sent via email if required.

8. Agreement to This Policy

By booking an appointment with Camperdown Kinesiology, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
