By applying light pressure to a muscle (usually the arm), the body’s response to specific stressors can be assessed. This helps us identify where subconscious blocks and imbalances are held and what is needed to resolve them.

The Triangle of Health represents the three sides of our well-being: the Physical (structure/muscles), the Biochemical (nutrition/hormones), and the Emotional (stress/mindset). For a result to be long-lasting, we look at how these three areas intersect.

How does online kinesiology work?

Because kinesiology works with energy, we can use surrogates for the muscle response testing component.  Put simply, this means that we'll meet on GoogleMeet and with your permission I will surrogate your energy.  This then allows me to muscle test myself (on behalf of your body) for the answers. For clients who are not based in the local area this is a very effective and efficient way to get the benefits of a kinesiology session without leaving home.

Is kinesiology a science or a therapy?

It is a blend of both. It combines Western techniques like anatomy and physiology with Eastern principles of energy and meridian systems. Chiropractors are typicaly trained in Applied Kinesiology and we also work with elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is often referred to as the "art and science" of listening to the body’s feedback.
