Renew Weekly Membership Policy

1. What Renew Is
Renew is a recurring weekly membership billed at $47.50/week. It includes:
- One 1:1 kinesiology session every 4 weeks (equivalent to the standard $190 session rate).
- 50% off tickets to all small group workshops while your membership is active.
- Priority booking access ahead of non-members.

2. Billing
- Charged automatically, weekly, to the card on file.
- Renews continuously until you cancel.
- Prices may change with 30 days' written notice; continued membership means you accept the new price.

3. Session Entitlement
- One 1:1 session per rolling 4-week cycle, from your membership start date.
- Sessions must be used within their 4-week cycle — unused sessions don't roll over.
- Extra sessions can be booked at the standard casual rate.

4. Rescheduling & Cancelled Appointments
- Reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice at no extra cost.
- Less than 48 hours' notice, or a missed session, forfeits that cycle's session.

5. Workshop Discount
- 50% off standard workshop ticket pricing, applied at checkout via member status/code.
- Valid while your membership is active and payments are up to date.
- Not retroactive to workshops booked before your membership began.

6. Cancellation
- Cancel any time by emailing hello@camperdownkinesiology.com.au . 
- Takes effect at the end of the cycle already paid for; you keep any session/discount owing for that cycle.
- No partial refunds beyond any session entitlement owing.

7. Refunds
- Weekly payments are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
- If we can't deliver a session, we'll offer an alternative time or extend the cycle at no extra charge.

8. General
- Membership is for personal, individual use and non-transferable.
- Terms may be updated; members are notified of material changes by email.
